These terms and conditions apply to the online purchase of all products from our website. Prices on our website are as listed and may differ to prices in our retail stores. Sale prices in our retail stores will only be available in those stores and cannot be price matched on our website. Online purchases cannot be returned to our retail stores.
Returns (exchange, size issue) can be made by posting shoes directly at our warehouse address

Exchange will be processed the following business day on arrival of parcel at our warehouse.
Please print and fill out this RETURN FORM and send it with the shoes so that the refund can be processed to your account (subject to policy listed below).
P.S - The postage will be charged by the courier company for returns and exchange.
At CC Resorts we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, although we understand that occasionally you will place an order for something that doesn’t fit or suit. We offer refunds and full credit exchanges in line with the policies below. When you receive your new CC Resorts shoes we recommend you to try them on somewhere where they wont get marked or damaged in any way. If they do show signs of wear or damage we may decline your refund. In this unlikely event we will let you know via email and return your shoes to you.
Return & Exchange Period
CC Resorts customer service team must be notified within 14 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return or exchange any of your items.
Full Price Items
If the size is wrong we are happy to exchange the product for a different size at no cost to you. If you’ve changed your mind and are requesting a refund, CC Resorts is happy to offer you a refund on your purchase less a $5 per pair restocking fee.
On the rare occasion where a product may be faulty, we will ask you to send the product back to us for assessment. If the product is genuinely faulty, CC Resorts will not charge you for the cost of returning the goods.
*Please allow a 2-3 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement once processed. Unfortunately some banks and credit unions take additional days to process the transaction once we have sent the advice to you.
